Project Overview
Heavy wall-mounted pipe handrail fabricated and installed along the concrete walkway and ramp at an industrial building with a roll-up loading door.
Analysis
The walkway edge drops at the foundation with no protection. A wall-mounted pipe rail was the right answer because it leaves the full width of the drive clear for equipment.

Site survey, fabrication, mobilization, two-day installation, and coating touch-up.

Schedule 40 steel pipe rail with welded stanchions and wall brackets, primed and finished in satin black, with mechanical anchors into the concrete.
